Gas Pump Blues

Gas Pump Blues

I get the lows when
I pull out the hose.

Feels like a scandal
when I turn the handle.

How it empties my bank
to fill up my tank.

The gas guzzling dues
are giving me the gas pump blues.

Who sets the price of gas?
A snake in the grass.
