Crayons

Color Me Happy

Come along on my photographic journey
embrassing the magical colors of crayola

A Crayon is a stick of
colored wax used for writing,
coloring, drawing and other methods of illustration.

They are easy to work with, not messy,
blunt, non-toxic, very inexpensive,
and available in a variety
of colors.

The name Crayola comes from
a combination of words.
Craie, french word for chalk,
and Oleaginous, the oily parafin wax
used to make the crayons.

Crayola developed their famous
line of wax crayons
beginning June 10, 1903.
